Budapest: Public Presence

This series explores how individuals assert identity and presence within the public spaces of Budapest. Through moments of performance, confrontation, stillness, and display, the work examines how people claim visibility in a shared urban environment. National symbols, subcultural expression, generational contrast, and everyday rituals intersect in the city’s streets, revealing how public space becomes a terrain of negotiation between individuality and collective life.
